Thoroughly wash your hands with soap.

Gather your equipment, that includes gauze pads, medicine, sharps disposal container, alcohol wipes, and your needle syringe or pen.

Clean the injection area, in case of semaglutide/tirzepatide that would be your subcutaneous muscle, usually stomach, with alcohol wipes or alcohol soaked cotton ball. Wipe the area.

Wait for the area to dry. It usually takes around 30 seconds.

Check you medicine for quality and expiration date.

Prepare the needle with the prescribed medication amount. 

Inject the medication in the area recommended by Weightox’s Medical Doctor. 

Pull out the needle and dispose the needle in the sharps disposal box. 

Apply the pressure to the injection site.
